Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and with tags attached, if applicable. Proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom-made or personalized products
Sale items and gift cards are also excluded from returns and exchanges.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not possible.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item first and place a new order afterwards.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Items must also be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
